 BLUEBERRY ON THE GO SMOOTHIE
Why This Is So Good For You...


The blueberries contain some of nature's most powerful anti-oxidants that boost the immune system and destroy free radical damage. This smoothie is bursting with goodness and will certainly keep you filled up until lunchtime!



Ingredients


1 handful of fresh blueberries

1 banana

2 Tbsp. Hemp Hearts

2 oranges (peeled, with pith left on)


1 teaspoon agave (or sweetener of choice)

A small handful of ice


Instructions

Blend all ingredients together for 45 seconds and up to 1 minute.

Note: If you are using store bought almond milk and it is sweetened you do not need to add agave.
