Why this is good for you: Oats, lowers cholesterol and contains soluble fiber which binds to bile (bile helps absorb fat and cholesterol from our diet). It’s a complex carbohydrate has a low glycemic index, meaning; It raises our blood sugar slowly by staying in the stomach longer, which decreases our hunger and cravings.


(Makes 1 12oz smoothie)

1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 cup Organic Oats Rolled
1 Tbsp. Organic Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp. Hemp Hearts
1Tbsp. Organic Cinnamon
1Tbsp. Perfect Food Raw Organic Powder Garden of Life
1Tbsp. Maca Powder
1 cup Almond Milk
1/2 cup ice

Note: This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, etc.
