Why is this so good for you...

Berries have been shown to be some of the healthiest foods on the planet. It seems new research is constantly being published and berries are being recognized and analyzed for their health giving properties. Extremely high in antioxidants, berries are among my favorite foods. 


1 cup spinach
½ pint blackberries
5 strawberries
1 granny smith apple (cut and peeled)
½ cup almond milk
1 scoop stevia / agave
1 coconuts meat
½ frozen banana
½ cup ice

Blend all ingredients till smooth
